My game “Make it as an artist” got the daily first place.

I’m super happy it did, but also suprised. The game was just a quick gameJam game, most of it was finished in the first 24hrs. The reason why I’m surprised it won is because the game isn’t supposed to be enjoyable. Heck, it isn’t really supposed to be a game, it’s just a feeble attempt to show that video games could be used as a valid medium for artistic expression. This concept isn’t new, in fact, this game was heavily inspired by the game “cigerettes” by AustinBreed. Strangely coincidental, while I was developing this game (mind you, it was only 3 days), Austin deleted his game “Cigarettes”.

I am still working on Stranger Danger 2, but I also posted “make it as an artist” on Steam. I don’t have high hopes that it will get greenlit, but that doesn’t really matter much, what does matter is this is the first step in creating a full game for steam.

I don’t really consider any of my web games actual “games”. The closest thing to a real game was Asslevainia, and that was just a big elaborate joke.

I’ve wanted to create a real full game since I was a kid, so I’m kind of excited about it.

Comics Comics Comics… THEY DRIVE ME NUTS! But I am still working hard, around the clock on them.  I have a big comic I have been working on for a while (although there is very little art to show for it), but I kind of want to start a mini web comic, but I don’t want to clog my followers feed with simple 4 panel pages…maybe I’ll use the flash comic viewer I created for NG, but never got a chance to use.

ALso, I just hit a NG Milestone, I'll post some art later to celebratezzzzzsss!
