NEW PICTURE/COMIC, Venture Capital?!?!

Hello NEWGROUNDS!

---BAD NEWS---
First off, I have bad news for anyone excited to see the "telebubby funland remake" on Pico day. You may be asking yourself "Why the fuck not?", well the answer is, I see black lines an shit everywhere. It's been happening for a little over a year now, but it's really starting to drive me nuts. I have been to a MD and everything is fine, but I have to cut back on my tv/xbox/computer time. So I am only allowed to stare at a screen for an hour or two a day, for the next couple weeks. Which doesn't leave me much time to work on telebubby's, but to be honest I don't think I was going to be able to complete it by the 28th anyway. I do plan on completing it, but it is just take some time.

--GOOD NEWS--
Tom's not going to sell us. He was asking us what we thought about "venture capital". I know a little about it but I have no clue how it would affect NEWGROUNDS. I was worried about the re-design and that turned out OK. I just don't want to see what happened to MTV happen to NEOGOE. If you where alive in the 80'S you will know what I am talking about, if you weren't, then I will fill you in. MTV was the the most edgy, wild, creative media center anyone had ever seen, it pushed the limits, and now its a generic yuppie troll.
Anyway Tom said he would hold of on "going venture capital". And I drew a picture about it. You can se a clip of it at the bottom of the post, or you can CLICK THIS LINK TO SEE THE WHOLE PICTURE it has some captions, so it might be worth a peek.

--PICO DAY--
he anticipation is killing me. I read somewhere that they WILL also be announcing the tank awards on Pico day. I can't wait to see who won. I would love to be there for the pod cast but I can't, oh well, maybe next year. Will there be any awards for the music portal again??? If so my vote goes to NIGHTKILLA. What about the art portal? Anyway, good luck to everyone who deserves to win :P

On the plus side - your vision problem means you have an opportunity to do more traditional art. Go draw some pictures on paper. Also, nice comic thing.

Yeah, I am actually going to paint an oil painting or two, and I will be drawling plenty on paper (maybe even some graphite).

It's like you've got image burn-in in YOUR EYES. Is that basically what it is??? Sounds scary though, MFR has good advise about doing traditional art in the meantime. Also it's a nice time of year to go jogging / hiking, unless the pollen destroys your head like it does mine.

I have bad allergies (sometimes even in the winter), but you're right, it is a nice time of year for that sort of thing. I have let my self fall out of shape the last couple of years, and I guess this was the excuse I was looking for to just kinda structure my time better.

What exactly was the particular thing you were diagnosed with to have those black lines float through your eyes? That's a very interesting side effect.

Well its not a side affect... its the only affect. And I was never given a name for it, but I am told its not as bad as it seems, But you got to take care of your eyes.

I think Tom was being sarcastic about the whole VC thing seeing as it would change the site forever, also who gives a shit if you can't make it and now you have more time to work on it just do it bit by bit and well when it's done it's done the project is not going to turn in to DNF is it and who gives a fuck your having some problems with illness I can wait your only human(hopefully :) get better btw also I love AVGN and me and some fellow NG's made a chat and had a marathon of about 10 episodes and had a few jokes and I might do another and I can't wait for the movie anyway get better bro you make some really good art an games.
