Is a reward of being a patreon getting dat sweet ass?

We could work something out.

Aw! Is that the Newgrounds Tank!? I love it!

Yeah man, finally, after all these years people can see it in 3d.

'Shred' or 'showed'? I was hoping the tank would meet a lawnmower or a snowblower :( Proofread your Patreon page too, keep refining it!

BTW, when was the last time you played Fallout 1? I found 2 'new' walkthroughs for the game in 2007, that was the last time I played it. Oddly there are times I confuse details of that game, with the original Wasteland which I had for the Apple II in high school..

'shared' haha. I play fallout 2 all the time, but it's been a while since I played 1, however, I am playing it again as I write just to make sure everything is 100% accurate.

Awesome! I love that you are basing it on F1 and 2 and the second one I too think is the best. Do you plan to make it about the vault dweller just like the game plays out or more stories about the people around the wasteland? Either way im hyped to see this :)

Also nice tank!

It will be the story of the Vault Dweller. I'm doing a lot of research to make sure it is as canon as possible.

Someone figured out, that if you leave the vault (right after starting the game), head West to the supermutant base, you'll be captured, jailed (if you can survive the trip there), talked to by the Master. Afterwards, you -can- lockpick (after a few dozen tries) your way out of there and off the base.

Forgot exactly what that accomplished though, think it takes care of the waterchip problem very early... or access to the chip sooner? I know by going that way, you'll doom Necropolis somehow. Can't find a decent walkthrough site anymore |:

I doubt @sevenseize or @destrayop ever tried beating the game that way, but maybe one of them would know... I just found it fascinating to have found 2 new walkthroughs for a game that was just over a decade old!

I've actually done that. It takes a lot of patients. But you break out of your cell you can trigger the self destruct and blow up the base. I can't remember if that triggers the ending once you go back to the vault or if you still have to kill the master first.

Hahaha, yup, you're a fan! You can talk the Master into self-destructing, I guess that can be done as soon you break out, if you can get to him in one piece... sure been a while. Kudos for being a diligent researcher, the hallmark of any good writer.

WHY HADN'T ANYONE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS OMG!!!!! I read the comments below, regarding speed runs for both Fallout 1 and Fallout 2, but I agree with the others, it takes soooo much patience. Save and reload. I'm actually doing a kinda backward run on Fallout 2 right now. I left Arroyo and went straight to San Francisco to get good armor/ weapons etc. Plus I picked up Dogmeat, his random encounter is usually near SF.

I done a bunch of different play throughs, but I think my fave is the NEVER ATTACK play through. Its super fun, I have done it in fallout 1-2 and NV so far.
